When you have 6 miles left in your race and it literally feels like your legs are going to snap and fall off....... just know that they wont. So suck it up and finish the thing! MY WORD!!

I think that guy took your advise. I used this advice but it was only for the last 2 miles of a 10 mile road race. A 5 mile descent and 3 miles into it I thought my legs would come off.
